Garda Cash Logistics Names Barbara Danzi Chief Information Security Officer

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Jun 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
Garda Cash Logistics (TSX: GW)(Garda), America's second largest cash
logistics provider, announced today the appointment of Barbara Danzi to
the newly created position of Chief Information Security Officer.

Ms. Danzi will have complete operational responsibility for the company's
information security program and the procedures for all information
technology processes and systems. She will also oversee audit and test
functions for all Garda Cash Logistics systems and assist in integrating
every component of the company's business continuity plans.

some of the world's largest companies in risk advisory and GRC
implementation, building automated programs for IT, fraud, financial and
operational risk assessment and compliance. Previously, Ms. Danzi was a
consultant and risk & compliance architect for DirectTV and had similar
responsibilities in information risk management at UnitedHealth Group and
information security at Wachovia Dealer Services (formerly WFS Financial).

Ms. Danzi has an Executive MBA from the Marshall School of Business at
the University of Southern California and a BS in engineering from
Cornell University. She holds numerous professional certifications
including CISSP, CISM and CIPP, and is a frequent guest speaker at GRC
industry conferences.
