Bancorp Rhode Island Selected to Join Russell 3000 Index

BancorpRI`s first inclusion since BankRI`s 1998 NASDAQ listing PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(Business Wire)-- Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. (NASDAQ: BARI), the parent company of Bank Rhode Island, announced today that it has been selected to join the broad-market Russell 3000 Index. Some of the Russell 3000`s notable stocks include Apple, AT&T, Citigroup, Exxon Mobil, General Electric, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and Wells Fargo. This is BancorpRI`s first inclusion in the Russell 3000 since BankRI`s NASDAQ listing in 1998.
