EyeWonder Strengthens Leadership Position in Delivery of Online Video
Advertising in Q1 2009

With nearly 70 percent of market share, EyeWonder delivers more video ad
impressions in the U.S. than the other three leading rich media providers
combined

ATLANTA, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- EyeWonder, Inc., an innovator in interactive
digital advertising technologies and services, today announced its position as
the clear market leader in online video advertising.

According to Nielsen Online, EyeWonder delivered nearly 70 percent of all U.S.
in-page video ad impressions during Q1 2009 and was the only leading rich
media provider to increase video ad market share in Q1 2009 compared to Q1
2008.

"This month's Dynamic Logic MarketNorms study, commissioned by Google's
DoubleClick division, again confirmed video is the most effective ad format in
terms of engaging online audiences," said EyeWonder CEO John Vincent. "I
believe our video experience and our international footprint helped propel
EyeWonder's growth in what we know is a tough market."

The Dynamic Logic study concluded that rich media with video is the top
performing rich media ad format in terms of increasing aided brand awareness,
brand favorability and purchase intent. In 2008, EyeWonder delivered over half
of all U.S. rich media with video ad impressions, serving more than twice as
many impressions as its nearest competitor, according to Nielsen Online. That
market share leadership increased to nearly 70 percent of all rich media with
video impressions in the U.S. for Q1 2009. In addition to the increased U.S.
video ad market share, EyeWonder also reports the company's overall global
impressions delivered grew by 70 percent in the first half of 2009 compared to
the first half of 2008.

EyeWonder pioneered the first instant-play video ad technology in 2000. At
that time competitors including PointRoll, Eyeblaster, and Unicast all
licensed EyeWonder's technology from the company in order to deliver instant
play video ads for their customers. In 2005, EyeWonder partnered with Adobe
and began utilizing Adobe Flash to power its video advertising applications
and services, continuing to lead the interactive video advertising industry.

"EyeWonder is proud and grateful that our proven expertise and experience in
delivering the industry's best interactive video ad technology and services
have clearly been recognized and embraced by interactive advertisers and their
agencies," said Vincent. "Our continuing aggressive growth track in a
challenging market is a testament to our commitment to delivering products and
services that deliver the industry's strongest results for our clients. We
look forward to working with our partners to create more engaging and
rewarding ad experiences in the future."
