Anthony Alfonso Appointed President of Trenwith Valuation, LLC

NEW YORK, June 30, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trenwith Valuation, LLC, an
independent subsidiary of BDO Seidman, LLP and partner firm to Trenwith
Securities, LLC, today announced that Anthony Alfonso has been appointed
President of the firm. Prior to this Mr. Alfonso served as Managing Director and
head of the Western Region. In his new role, he will oversee operations
throughout the firm and its nine offices (Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles,
Costa Mesa, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Boston and Philadelphia) and look for
growth opportunities to expand the business. Mr. Alfonso will continue to be
located in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Mr. Alfonso, 41, has nearly two decades of valuation and transactional
expertise. Before joining Trenwith Valuation in July 2008, he provided
valuations for tax and financial reporting clients at Houlihan Lokey. Prior to
this, Mr. Alfonso served as a Managing Director with KPMG in its economic and
valuation services practice.

His intangible-asset valuation work has been used in numerous purchase price
allocations, and he has advised public companies on business combination and
goodwill impairment financial reporting issues. Mr. Alfonso also has expertise
in valuation analyses for employee-stock-option, general-corporate and tax
planning purposes and has helped buyers and sellers in return-on-investment and
decision prioritization analysis. He received a B.S. in financial planning from
Purdue University and a MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the
University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Alfonso is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the business valuation
discipline under the auspices of the American Society of Appraisers. He is also
registered with FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative
(Series 7 and 63).
