GenNx360 Capital Names W. Andrew Shea Managing Partner

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on underperforming
industrial business-to-business companies with $250 million to $1 billion in
revenues, announced today that W. Andrew ("Drew") Shea, an attorney with nearly
two decades of investment banking and private equity experience, has joined the
firm as a managing partner.

Mr. Shea, 43, has successfully invested more than $1 billion in a diverse group
of middle market businesses including the nation's fourth largest window
manufacturer, a prominent protective equipment manufacturer, and a large
oilfield services company. He most recently served as a principal of New
York-based Allied Capital Corporation where he managed multiple deal teams in
the firm's New York office. Prior to that, he served as a partner at Ardshiel,
Inc. and a principal at Lincolnshire Management, Inc. executing investments for
the firm's $315 million Lincolnshire Equity Fund II, L.P. Mr. Shea also held
senior positions at Merrill Lynch & Co.; Inverness Management, LLC; and Bear
Stearns Companies, Inc.
