The Company is pleased to confirm that it will shortly be writing to
shareholders to announce that it will be holding an Annual General Meeting in
September 2009.

The Company understands that a number of shareholder details including
correspondence addresses need to be updated. In order that all shareholders
have an opportunity to attend the annual general meeting and receive further

correspondence address.
