SDI Names New Chief Financial Officer

Appointment Further Positions Firm for Strategic Growth Activities

CHICAGO, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- SDI (System Development. Integration, LLC), a
systems integrator specializing in technical and operational support for
capital asset intensive organizations, today announced the selection of James
R. Boyle for the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
He will succeed Ms. Sharee Wolff, who is leaving the company to launch a
woman-owned business venture.

Mr. Boyle has over 20 years of experience with corporate finance, accounting,
merger and acquisition activities, and operations. Jim most recently served as
the CFO for MonoGen (TSX: MOG), a medical device maker, where he raised over
$15M in equity and debt. Prior to MonoGen, Jim was the Vice President of
Finance for Midway Games, a $200M international software developer. While at
Midway he was instrumental in securing over $340M in various financings over
five years. In addition, he led several acquisitions of software development
companies and distribution companies worldwide. Earlier in his career, Jim
spent 7 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he headed financial reporting
and consulting projects for venture capital-backed and other high-growth
companies, with a focus on technology firms.
