TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Devilfish Gaming plc
(the "Company") advises that, as at the close of business on 30 June 2009, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 42,166,667 ordinary shares of 1p
each, none of which are held in treasury. Accordingly, the Company's share
capital now consists of 42,166,667 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 42,166,667 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
