SIONIX Corporation Announces Completed Delivery of Elixir 225-P/RO Unit to
Arkansas Customer

ANAHEIM, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today SIONIX Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: SINX) announced the completed delivery of its first
fully-integrated, commercial production version of the Elixir 225-P/RO Modular
Packaged Water Treatment System to its Arkansas customer, Innovated Water
Equipment, Inc. ("Innovated Water"). The unit was transported approximately
1700 miles by tractor trailer.  The Elixir 225-P/RO is specifically designed
to process high salt content flowback and production water collected
subsequent to the frac'ing of natural gas wells in shale formations. As a
consequence of shipment of the Elixir 225-P/RO Unit, SIONIX will realize the
booking of equipment sales revenues for the first time in its history.

The unit is to be installed according to SIONIX protocol on a site operated by
Innovated Water.  Innovated Water plans to conduct a variety of startup tests
and scenarios before putting the unit online in a commercial capacity on a
continuous basis.
