ClubLink Corporation Announces Shareholder Approval of Business Combination with Tri-White Corporation

  KING CITY, ONTARIO, Jun 30 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
ClubLink Corporation ("ClubLink") (TSX: LNK) announced that at the Annual
and Special Meeting of shareholders held today, shareholders approved the
previously announced amalgamation pursuant to which Tri-White Corporation
will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of ClubLink that it
does not currently own by way of a statutory amalgamation of ClubLink and
a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary of Tri-White (the "Amalgamation").

    The Amalgamation was approved by approximately 98.8% of the votes cast at
the meeting at which 15,766,292 common shares or approximately 95.3% of
the outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy. The
Amalgamation was also approved by approximately 94.7% of the minority
shareholders, as such term is used in Multilateral Instrument 61-101.

    At the meeting, shareholders also elected K. Rai Sahi, Jack Winberg,
Bruce Simmonds, Pat Brigham, Paul Campbell and Bruce Robertson to
ClubLink's Board of Directors.

    It is currently anticipated that the Amalgamation will be completed on or
prior to July 31, 2009.

    ClubLink, founded in 1993, is Canada's largest owner and operator of
member golf clubs.
