Company to host conference call on July 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. ET

MINNEAPOLIS, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq:
NAVR), a publisher and distributor of physical and digital home entertainment
and multimedia products, today announced that it will report its financial
results for the first quarter of its 2010 fiscal year, ended June 30, 2009,
following the close of the financial markets on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

In conjunction with that press release, senior management will host a
conference call to discuss the Company's financial results at 11:00 a.m. ET,
Thursday, July 30, 2009. The call will be hosted by Cary Deacon, Chief
Executive Officer.
