25 Colorado Mountain Home Sites to Sell at Public Auction

PONCHA SPRINGS (SALIDA), Colo., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Rocky Mountain Estate
Brokers Realty LLC (www.whitleyauction.com) announces the public auction of 25
mountain home sites at Little River Ranch near Salida, on Saturday, July 11,
2009 at 1:10 pm MDT, according to auctioneer David P. Whitley.

"Lots in this community have sold for up to $212,000," said Whitley. "Five of
these beautiful lots will sell to the highest bidder with no reserve. The
others will be sold subject to the owner's confirmation of the high bid."
