Fitch Rates $74MM Banc of America Funding 2009-R6 Trust

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)-- Banc of America Funding 2009-R6 Trust is rated by Fitch Ratings as follows, with a Stable Rating Outlook: --$17,810,000 class 1-A-1 'AAA', Outlook Stable; --$19,442,800 class 2-A-1 'AAA', Outlook Stable; --$36,713,000 class 3-A-1 'AAA', Outlook Stable. This transaction consists of four groups. Each group is a resecuritization of ownership interest in certain mortgage-backed certificates. As resecuritizations, the certificates will receive their cash-flows from the underlying classes of certificates. The underlying certificates are backed by conventional Alt-A and Prime first-lien mortgage loans. The group-to-bond associations for the Fitch-rated groups are as follows: Group 1: 7.09% interest in the Banc of America Mortgage 2007-3 Trust, Class 1-A-1 Certificates. Credit enhancement for the 1-A-1 certificate is provided by the structural support on the underlying transaction and by the 30% class 1-A-2 bond. Group 2: 33.97% interest in the Banc of America Mortgage 2005-E Trust, Class 2-A-7 Certificates. Credit enhancement for the 2-A-1 certificate is provided by the structural support on the underlying transaction and by the 35% class 2-A-2 bond. Group 3: 5.88% interest in the WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR10, Class 1-A1 Certificates, 7.62% interest in the WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR14, Class 1-A4 Certificates, and 3.58% interest in the WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR18, Class 1-A1 Certificates. Credit enhancement for the 3-A-1 certificate is provided by the structural support on the underlying transaction and by the 40% class 3-A-2 bond.
