LARAMIE, WY, Jun 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
The Cavalryman Supper Club (the "Cav") announced today that it has hired
Chef Michael Pivarunas to lead its kitchen and culinary programs. Chef
Pivarunas was formerly the Head Chef at Redmond, Oregon's Brickhouse
Steak and Raw Bar, which was called "Redmond's great steakhouse" by the
Bend Bulletin and "one of Oregon's best restaurants" by OregonLive.com.

"We're pleased that Mike has chosen to join the Cav," said John M. Pope,
CEO of Blue Sky Restaurants, which manages the restaurant. "His
professionalism and dedication to detail have already resulted in a
substantial improvement in food quality as well as in operational
improvements that will allow us to reduce our menu prices."

While Chef Pivarunas has focused to date on improving the Cav's current
menu offerings and creating daily features, he plans to update the menu
this summer to include more modern steakhouse, pasta and fine dining fare
at lower prices.

"Our vision for the Cav involves combining locally grown produce and beef
with culinary and service excellence and creativity," said Chef Pivarunas.
"I'm excited to have the opportunity to realize that vision -- and
realizing it efficiently will allow us to offer creative food at a very
reasonable price."

Chef Pivarunas is a graduate with highest honors of the Western Culinary
Institute. Prior to the Brickhouse, he has led a variety of casual and
fine dining kitchens including Borton's Steak and Seafood in Boise and Bon
Appetit in Hillsboro, Oregon. He has acted as a guest chef for Best
Cellars Catering and on television programs with Donna Brit and Julia
Grey, and he has served as a culinary consultant for the Mustard Seed in
Redmond, Oregon.

Chef Pivarunas is experienced in a variety of cuisines including French,
Italian, Asian, American and Fusion, and has an extensive knowledge of
food and wine pairings with a special emphasis on Oregon and Eastern
European wine varietals.
