BAGHDAD, June 30 (Reuters) - A car bomb in a busy market killed at least 20 people and wounded 25 others in the northern city of Kirkuk on Tuesday, police said, as U.S. troops pulled out of all Iraqi cities and left security in the hands of local forces.

The death toll from the blast in a heavily Kurdish part of Kirkuk, a city contested by minority Kurds and the Arab-led government in Baghdad, could rise, a police official said. (Reporting by Sherko Raouf; Editing by Michael Christie and Richard Balmforth)
