BAGHDAD, June 30 (Reuters) - An official in Iraq's Oil Ministry said on Tuesday that none of the four groups bidding for the country's 4-billion barrel Zubair oilfield were willing to accept the government's contract terms.

One of the groups bidding for the field was led by BP Plc (BP.L), together with China's CNPC; another by India's ONGC (ONGC.BO) with Gazprom (GAZP.MM) of Russia and Turkish Petroleum Corp.

The third was headed by Italy's ENI (ENI.MI), with China's Sinopec (600028.SS), Occidental (OXY.N) and Korean Gas (053000.KS); and the last was led by Exxon Mobil (XOM.N), with Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) and Malaysia's Petronas [PETR.UL].

The government's maximum fee for every extra barrel of oil produced was far below what the companies were willing to accept. (Reporting by Missy Ryan; Editing by Michael Christie)
