Reuben brothers bid for Premium Bars sites

LONDON, June 30 (Reuters) - Property investors the Reuben brothers are believed to be the unnamed party in exclusive talks with Premium Bars and Restaurants PBR.L for some or all of the firm's assets, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

The paper said the brothers were believed to have offered 52 million pounds for 42 of the debt-laden group's 47 sites.

Premium Bars, which owns the Prohibition and Living Room bar chains, was not immediately available for comment.

It said on Monday it had entered exclusive talks with a potential buyer, and that the unnamed party would provide it with additional working capital during the exclusivity period. (Reporting by Victoria Bryan; Editing by Gary Hill)
