Novator puts 20 percent of Amer Sports on sale

TALLINN, July 1 (Reuters) - Helsinki bourse said late on Wednesday SEB Enskilda has opened books to selected institutional investors to sell Icelandic Novator's 20.11 percent stake in sporting goods firm Amer Sports (AMEAS.HE).

At Wednesday's closing price of 8.30 euros the stake is worth 121.9 million euros ($171.5 million). (Reporting by Tarmo Virki, editing by Leslie Gevirtz)
