China Mass Media Corp. Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

BEIJING, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Mass Media Corp. ("China Mass
Media" or the "Company") (NYSE Arca: CMM) announced today that it filed its
annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2008 with the
United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on June 30, 2009.
