German EWE plans 12-year 500 million euro bond-IFR

LONDON, July 7 (Reuters) - German utility EWE [LANDWE.UL] plans a 500 million euro ($698 million) bond due July 2021, IFR reported on Tuesday.

Guidance has been set at German government bonds plus 160-180 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Calyon, Commerzbank and Royal Bank of Scotland are to manage the issue, said IFR.

EWE is rated A2 by Moody's Investors Service and A- by Standard & Poors. (Editing by Dan Lalor) ($1 = 0.7163 euro)
