PITTSBURGH--(Business Wire)--
Wizzard Media (NYSE Amex: WZE), the world`s largest podcasting network, today
announced podcast download results, total unique monthly audience size and final
ad impression counts for the quarter ending June 30, 2009.

For the second quarter of 2009, Wizzard Media saw total network podcast download
requests of 350,053,574 vs. 241,600,000 download requests in the second quarter
of 2008, an increase of 45%.

The audience consuming podcasts from shows on the Wizzard Media Network grew
from 13 million monthly unique audience members at the end of the second quarter
of 2008 to 18.3 million monthly unique audience members over the course of the
second quarter of 2009, an increase of 41% (5.3 million) monthly uniques,
quarter over quarter.

As stated in a previous release, Wizzard Media Network advertising impressions
served through its proprietary Alchemy advertising engine grew from 3.9 million
in the second quarter of 2008 to 13.7 million in the second quarter of 2009, an
increase of 251%. All ad impressions were certified by Nielsen//NetRatings.

"The growth we are seeing in podcast consumption and audience size across the
Wizzard Network is outstanding especially since June is historically a slower
summer month for online media consumption," says Laurie Sims, President of
Wizzard Media. "I believe this continued growth strengthens our claim to
advertisers that people love the simplicity and quality of podcasts and see
value in the shows we represent. The Network consistently maintained over 18
million audience members in each of the three months of the second quarter and
that bodes very well for our advertising efforts as well as our new iPhone App
monetization strategy."
