Second quarter 2009 scheduled load factor exceeds 90% on 30% increase in
scheduled capacity

LAS VEGAS, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiant Air, LLC, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT), today reported
preliminary passenger traffic results for June and second quarter 2009.
