HomeImprovementExpo.com Signs $20M Singapore Funding

LYNBROOK, N.Y., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- While the construction industry
languishes in hopes of recovery, one Long Island-based contractors' lead
generating service is staging for a significant makeover.
HomeImprovementExpo.com (HIE), a division of Contractor Services Network LLC,
announced it has signed a $20 million dollar funding agreement with
Singapore-based private investor Solvators Inc.

HIE President and CEO Avi Klinger said, "The aim is to create a joint venture
with Solvators to expand our efforts in bringing first-rate contractors
together with homeowners seeking superior service."

In 2007, Klinger designed a specialized web portal to provide licensed
contractors with high-quality, exclusive referrals. Klinger explains, "Other
services may sell a lead several times over. It's frustrating for the
contractor and homeowner alike. Our leads are restricted to one designated
contractor, who controls the area in which they originate. Many of our
contractors report closing HomeImprovementExpo.com referrals at considerably
higher rates than those of our competitors."

Asked about the timing, when so much construction has slowed or halted,
Klinger said, "People will continue to repair and improve their homes. There
will always be immediate needs for contractors' services."

One anticipated benefit of the partnership is the creation of more than 80 new
local jobs over the next two years as well as operational expansion into
several new regions.
