As a result of this agreement, Allstate's nationwide network of more than 10,000 exclusive agents now have a streamlined process to download customer-related information to Vertafore's industry-leading management systems, including AMS 360, InStar and Prime. This latest agreement enables Allstate agents, including Encompass agents, to download customer data into Vertafore agency management systems. By making better use of these management systems, Allstate's agents can improve the service they provide to their customers and grow their premium volume.
