CANYON LAKE, Texas, July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- COPsync, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: COYN), a software technology provider to law enforcement and
emergency service professionals, announced today that one of the Company's

Texas Sheriff's Office to install COPsync's information sharing solution in
the Lubbock County Sheriff's patrol cars.
Ki Corp is a provider of software systems and consultation solutions for
government, law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, and is COPsync's
first Channel Partner to bring a law enforcement agency onto its information
sharing network. Through an Enterprise Software License Agreement, Ki Corp has

collection interface that has the ability to collect 100% of an officer's
activity in an electronic format, regardless of an agency's current existing
technology infrastructure. Ki Corp is now able to offer its existing clients
what is, geographically, the largest real-time in-car law enforcement
information sharing network in the country.
According to COPsync CEO, Russell Chaney, "Through our relationship with Ki
Corp, we are now able to reach a large existing client base, evidenced by Ki
Corp licensing COPsync to one of its flagship clients. Ki Corp offers its
clients a comprehensive list of high quality law enforcement solutions and we
are pleased to have our information sharing solution included in their
technology offerings. As vendor neutral software, COPsync encourages
information sharing amongst law enforcement clients without competitive
resistance from those currently supplying a technology infrastructure."
"As a business located in Lubbock County, we are pleased that our local law
enforcement agency has chosen to join the COPsync information sharing network.
By teaming with COPsync, we can now extend this integration and data sharing
to the laptops of patrol officers and investigators who are on the front-line
of law enforcement," stated Mark Johnston, President of Ki Corp.
