Elecsys Corporation Announces Agreement With Reinke Manufacturing Company

OLATHE, Kan., July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elecsys Corporation (Nasdaq:
ESYS) announced today that it has signed an Electronic Design and
Manufacturing Services Agreement with Reinke Manufacturing Company, Inc. of
Deshler, Nebraska, which has a reputation for manufacturing reliable, high
quality equipment used in the agricultural and transportation markets.

Under terms of the Agreement, Elecsys will become Reinke's dedicated partner
for manufacturing electronic devices used in Reinke's innovative irrigation
systems. During the past 12 months, Reinke purchased in excess of $1 million
of these electronic assemblies from several different manufacturers. This
Agreement allows Reinke to consolidate the manufacturing of many of its
products to one source, as new designs are introduced and its business
continues to expand worldwide.

In addition, Elecsys will provide design engineering services to assist
Reinke's engineering team as Reinke seeks to develop new technologies for its
line of precision agriculture products that are recognized for their
capability to perform under the toughest conditions.
