The Board of Rivington Street Holdings Plc was informed on 30 June 2009, that,
following the sale of 225,000 Ordinary Shares by Mr Luke Heron that he is now
beneficially interested in a total of 1,095,638 Ordinary Shares (of which
498,619 are jointly held with DLN Heron) representing approximately 3.4% of the
Company's current issued share capital.

   The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
