Surveys of Businesses Ranging in Size from $1 Million in Revenues to $500
Million Give Huntington Their Highest Ratings
COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Huntington National
Bank's treasury management services have been recognized by the Phoenix-Hecht
Quality Index with its highest ratings for customer service. Phoenix-Hecht is
one of the foremost providers of market research and education in the
financial services industry.
Specifically, Huntington was given:
-- A+ for the knowledge, follow-up, problem resolution and overall
effectiveness of its treasury management relationship managers
-- A+ for its treasury management customer service
The awards are based on surveys of 1,145 companies with revenues of $40
million to $100 million.

In 2007, Huntington won four national Greenwich Associates awards for services
to small businesses. The awards were granted based on surveys of 22,000 small
businesses with revenues of $1 million to $10 million.
The following year, Huntington won three Greenwich awards for customer service
to middle market companies with sales of $10 million to $500 million. The
awards were granted based on surveys of 17,000 companies.
