HickoryTech Named to Fortune Small Business Magazine's 100 Fastest Growing Small
Public Companies

MANKATO, Minn., July 7, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HickoryTech Corporation
(Nasdaq:HTCO), an integrated communications solution provider, has been added to
the Fortune Small Business 100 list of the fastest-growing small public
companies in the U.S. and ranked 63rd on the list.
