Maring brings a diverse background to the ABODE team. His career began in the
Vermont ski industry where he was involved in the sales & marketing efforts at

Okemo Mountain and Sugarbush. He has spent the past five years focusing on
marketing resort & second home real estate developments. Most recently he
directed the marketing efforts for Terramesa Resort Properties, a national

1500 homes nationwide, including South Peak Resort in nearby Lincoln, NH. At
Terramesa, Maring led a marketing team responsible for over $65 million in
