Namescape Corporation celebrates the release of its newest product,
joBot(TM), an innovative, time-saving application for Microsoft's Active
Directory that provides the means for streamlined maintenance of your
company's internal user accounts. This stand-alone Windows Client / Agent
platform increases the value of Active Directory by automatically
detecting user account issues such as missing attributes, expiring
accounts or passwords and inactive accounts, allowing your IT staff to
easily maintain a clean, orderly set of domain user data.

joBot is a ready-to-use application that requires no programming. Its

Password Check contains proactive password solutions for Windows users and
administrators. Daily, weekly or monthly audit reports can be scheduled to
automatically inform administrators of account password expiration or
other issues related to fine-grained password policies. It can even bypass
administrators altogether, providing email notification to individual
users about password-related matters, keeping administrators free from
day-to-day password maintenance and improving work-flow in your IT
department. This module keeps domain user accounts clean while staying
ahead of expiring password and account issues and eliminates support
calls by sending users expiration reminders at specific intervals.
Password Check is the perfect companion to Namescape's myPassword
product, and can also be used as a stand-alone tool to enhance your
Active Directory experience.

Account Check enhances security with expiring logon account notifications,
automatically notifying administrators of user accounts that are about to
expire. It can also be set up to send a daily bulk report of expiring
accounts to the Human Resources department, keeping your company's data in
sync by improving the flow of information regarding domain users. Account
Check also schedules periodic event reporting of disabled or inactive
accounts and can report the last logon time for users. It also searches
for empty attributes and notifies users and administrators of incomplete
profile information. Account Check is a great auditing tool for
identifying and securing your domain user accounts.
