Strategic Financial Advisor

(EDC) solutions for clinical trials announced today that its Board of
Directors has retained Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. (EGE) as its strategic
financial advisor to assist in evaluating strategic alternatives with a focus
on acquisitions that may be available to the Company.
