At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 July 2009, it is proposed that
the Articles of Association be amended primarily to reflect the provisions of
the Companies Act 2006 that are due to come into force on 1 October 2009. A

for the year ended 31 March 2009, a copy of which can be found at
