Effective June 26, 2009, Clean Energy and Power, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FGWC)
www.cleanenergyandpower.com has completed the filing of the Certificate of
Amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State`s office officially changing the
Company`s name to Clean Energy and Power, Inc. from 5G Wireless Communications,
Inc.

Clean Energy and Power`s CEO Bo Linton stated, "Now that our Company name is
officially changed, we look forward to the markets growing awareness of our
