Tripep AB Carries out a New Issue of Shares of SEK 3 Million

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of Tripep AB (STO:TPEP) has, based on the authorization
by the AGM, resolved to carry out a new issue of 6 000 000 shares at SEK 0.50
per share, raising SEK 3 million. 

The new issue is made without preferential rights for existing shareholders and
has been subscribed by new investors and existing shareholders. The proceeds
will be used as working capital. 

The new issue will increase the number of shares in the company to 29 575 314. 

Tripep develops drugs against chronic disease based on proprietary and other
parties` patented and patent pending technologies. Tripep is focusing on the
following research projects; wound healing therapy ChronSeal and a therapeutic
vaccine against Hepatitis C, named ChronVac-C, plus the RAS technology platform.
