INDIANAPOLIS, IN, Jul 07 (MARKET WIRE) --
Kaplan Compliance Solutions (KCS) (http://www.kaplancs.com), a leading
provider of services and technology solutions designed to eliminate
paperwork and reduce compliance risk for the insurance and securities
industries, has added more new features and enhancements to its
Compliance Management System Generation 2(TM) (CMS G2(TM)). New features
include Ad Hoc Reporting, Producer Database Import (PDB) feature,
Electronic Submission of Non-Resident License Renewals (eNRR) and the
ability to import education information into CMS G2(TM).

CMS G2(TM) now has Ad Hoc Reporting, which gives clients more control of
the information they retrieve from the Software as a Service (SaaS)
application. Clients can create customized reports instantly, giving more
flexibility and increased access to their producer/registered
representative data. These on-demand reports give clients more control of
their reports and how they are managed within the CMS G2(TM) application.
The reports can be saved and run on a regular basis.

"This latest CMS G2(TM) product update includes new features and
functionality that attests to our continued commitment of being the
'premier' provider of licensing and registration services in the insurance
and financial services industries," stated Zach McCoy, Senior Vice
President, Operations & Finance. "Our newest features add more automation
to the CMS G2(TM) application that will help streamline and improve the
efficiency of our client's internal workflows, making them more productive
while reducing their compliance risk."

Another added feature is the PDB Import that allows CMS G2(TM) users to
easily look up a producer in the National Insurance Producer Registry(SM)
PDB and import that producer's data directly into the Database Module, all
without leaving the CMS G2(TM) application.

Kaplan clients also can now process Electronic Non-Resident Renewals
(eNRR) for all states that currently accept eNRR applications. Clients
can check with NIPR to obtain the licenses that can be renewed
electronically, submit the license renewal directly to NIPR and update
the state response directly into the Database Module.

Other enhancements added to CMS G2(TM) include:

-- The Education Import feature enables users to easily import Education
Providers, Courses, and State Approval Information into the CMS G2(TM)
system. It also provides functionality that allows for Course Completions
to be applied to an individual's record and permits education records to be
    imported from multiple sources.

-- The Firm Import feature, which allows CMS G2(TM) customers to import
Firm or Agency data from an external system. The information that will be
imported includes Firm or Agency Profile, Agency Address, Email, Status
(active or inactive), Agency Contact, Phone, and External System
Identifiers, using the Kaplan Compliance Solutions' XML schema.
