New Issue-Wisconsin Power & Light sells $250 mln in 10-yr notes
July 7 (Reuters) - Wisconsin Power & Light Company on Tuesday sold $250 million of 10-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Bank of America and Wells Fargo Securities were the active bookrunning managers for the sale. The Bank of New York and UBS were the passive bookrunners.
