Peugeot plans 5-year euro bond -IFR

LONDON, July 8 (Reuters) - French carmaker Peugeot (PEUP.PA) is planning to sell a five-year euro bond, IFR reported on Wednesday.

Guidance has been set to yield around 8.75 percent, plus or minus 0.125 percent, and books have already closed over 4 billion euros, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

The sale is being managed by BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Natixis.

Peugeot is rated Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service, BBB- by Standard & Poor's and BB+ by Fitch Ratings.
