Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Tuesday

MADRID, July 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:
China National Petroleum Corporation will present a binding offer in the next few days for 75 percent of Repsol's Argentine unit YPF, Spanish daily ABC reported on Tuesday, citing sources close to the talks.
Spanish savings banks Unicaja and Caja de Jaen announced on Monday they would merge, creating a business with a volume of 50 billion euros. Other savings banks could later be incorporated into the merger deal, said the banks.
German bank Aareal Bank (ARLG.DE) could take a part of Barcelona's former bullring from endebted Metrovacesa, Expansion reported on Tuesday, citing sources at the bank. The Spanish property firm owns the bullring Las Arenas and was supposed to be turning it into a shopping centre.
