Mexican stocks jump on America Movil, Cemex gains
MEXICO CITY, July 16 |
MEXICO CITY, July 16 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks rose sharply on Thursday, boosted by gains in wireless operator America Movil (AMXL.MX) and cement giant Cemex (CMXCPO.MX).
The IPC stock index .MXX rose 1.03 percent to 25,597. (Reporting by Michael O'Boyle)
