U.S. WCoast Products: Gasoline steady ahead of weekend

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Gasoline finished unchanged on Friday in West Coast markets as buyers stocked up for the weekend, traders said.

Unleaded, ethanol-blend July CARBOB in the Los Angeles market sold at 14 cents and 13.75 cents per gallon over August NYMEX RBOB, which climbed 5.64 cents to $1.7699 a gallon.

San Francisco Bay market July CARBOB was steady at a discount between 2.5 cents and 4 cents under L.A.

August L.A. CARBOB gained a penny at 11.5 cents/13.5 cents per gallon over September NYMEX RBOB.

L.A. July CARB diesel was a half-cent lower in a bid-offer spread at 10.5 cents/13.5 cents per gallon over August NYMEX heating oil, which rose 1.09 cents at $1.5994 per gallon.

In the Bay market, CARB diesel was unchanged at a 16-cent offer over the NYMEX.

Jet fuel in Los Angeles gained 0.25 cent at 12.75 cents a gallon over NYMEX heating oil.

In the Portland, Oregon, market, unleaded gasoline sold 0.5 cent higher at 5.5 cents over NYMEX RBOB. Ultra-low sulfur diesel climbed 3 cents to a bid of 7 cents per gallon over NYMEX heating oil.
