Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on July 21

 MILAN, July 21 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Tuesday.

 FIAT (FIA.MI)
 General Motors said it had received three offers for its
Opel European unit. Fiat, which has said it will not change its
original bid from May, was not among them. [ID:nLK181251]
 
 EDISON (EDN.MI)
 Greece expects guidance from advisers on how to sell a stake
in gas monopoly DEPA by the end of the summer. Edison has
expressed interest in the business. [ID:nN2086087]
 
 INTESA SANPAOLO (ISP.MI)
 The bank launched a 5.9 billion euros securitisation of
residential mortgages, which it underwrote completely.
 
  * The bank sees signs of recovery from the crisis in the first
half of next year, Francesco Micheli, head of the retail

  * RISANAMENTO (RN.MI)
 The real estate company said in a statement late on Thursday
its board had met after a state prosecutor sought a declaration
of bankruptcy, adding that the board conformed the validity of
its restructuring plan and Chairman Luigi Zunino had resigned.
 
 BENI STABILI (BNSI.MI)
 The real estate company said its first-half net fell 93

 TELECOMS
  * Mobile phone operator Wind is ready to evaluate a possible
merger with Hutchison Whampoa's (0013.HK) 3 Italia telecoms
