Russia's Putin to meet top bankers on Wednesday

MOSCOW, July 21 (Reuters) - Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will meet the country's top bankers in the headquarters of the largest bank Sberbank SBER03.MM on Wednesday to discuss the banking sector's woes, Putin's spokesman said on Tuesday.

"Naturally, the issues of lending to the 'real' sector of the economy and banking sector stability on the whole will be discussed," said Dmitry Peskov. (Writing by Gleb Bryanski)
