Honduras interim gov't says talks to resume Wednesday
TEGUCIGALPA |
TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Honduras' de facto government said its negotiating team would head for fresh crisis talks in Costa Rica later on Wednesday, but insisted it would not allow ousted President Manuel Zelaya's reinstatement under any eventual deal.
Interim Foreign Minister Carlos Lopez told a news conference in Tegucigalpa he had not seen a new proposal he said was being drawn up by Costa Rican President Oscar Arias, who is mediating the talks.
