* Q2 EBIT 155 mln euros vs 133 mln avg estimate in Reuters poll
* Q2 sales 1.3 bln euros vs 1.2 bln estimate in poll
* Q2 order intake 785 mln euros vs 748 mln estimate in poll
* Repeats 2009 outlook
* Says sees potential shipping order cancellation risk at 800 mln euros
