Webisodes to Premiere on The Frisky Beginning Today
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
The Frisky.com, the premiere web destination for women 18-34, has acquired the
first 16 webisodes from the new web exclusive comedy series "Merrime.com."
Produced by Red Ladders Entertainment and starring Kaily Smith ("Forgetting
Sarah Marshall") in the title role, "Merrime.com" is the hilarious tale of a
trust fund baby thrust into the 21st Century world of online dating. Smith and
partner David Weidoff are the writers and creators of the series.

Beginning today, The Frisky.com will debut new episodes of "Merrime.com" every
Tuesday and Thursday. The same episode will then be available to watch on
merrime.com the following Wednesday and Friday. Both websites will share links.
Video and text interviews with Kaily Smith will be featured on The Frisky.com.

For trust fund baby Merrideth Weisman, everything seems perfect: perfect
friends, perfect house, perfect Black American Express Card. However, matters
take a turn for the worst when Merri`s engagement to the `perfect` man ends
miserably and her father (Tom Arnold) delivers an ultimatum that she has to find
a job. Merri realizes that the key to her survival is not a career, but a man.
And so, the race to the altar begins as she is forced to plunge headfirst into
the deep end of the pool - the online dating pool, that is. In addition to Tom
Arnold, the series also co-stars Jay Hayden, Andrea Syglowski, Tony Hale and
Ryan Eggold as himself.

"The Frisky.com is rapidly building a strong brand identity among young women
because they know it is the ultimate place on the web to find smart, funny and,
most of all, relatable conversation about what really matters to them," said
Mina Lux, General Manager, The Frisky.com. "With the addition of `Merrime.com`
to our site - a show whose humor and irreverent point of view reflects our
sensibility perfectly - we can give our growing audience even more great
exclusive content to look forward to and talk about each and every week."
