FACTBOX: Security developments in Afghanistan, July 23
(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1630 GMT on Thursday:
SOUTHERN AFGHANISTAN - A soldier from the NATO-led force was killed in an insurgent attack in southern Afghanistan, the alliance said in a statement. NATO would not give the soldier's nationality or other details of the incident.
SOUTHERN AFGHANISTAN - A roadside bomb killed two U.S. troops in southern Afghanistan Wednesday, the U.S. military said.
HELMAND - A British soldier from the NATO-led force was killed on patrol in southern Helmand province Wednesday, the British Ministry of Defense said.
