Contador wins 18th stage

ANNECY, France (Reuters) - Spain's Alberto Contador won the 18th stage of the Tour de France, a 40.5-km time trial in Annecy Thursday.

Switzerland's Fabian Cancellara was second and Russia's Mikhail Ignatiev third.

Contador retained the overall leader's yellow jersey.
