FTI CONSULTING (FCN.N)

The global business advisory firm named Sanjeev Khelmani and James Vallerie as senior managing directors in its corporate finance/restructuring segment. Khelmani was most recently managing director at Blackstone Group's (BX.N) GSO Capital Partners, while Vallerie was most recently a principal in Deloitte's analytic and forensic technology practice.

TIAA-CREF

The asset manager and retirement services provider named Keith Stock, most recently president of MasterCard Advisors LLC, the professional services business of MasterCard Worldwide (MA.N), as senior managing director and chief strategy officer. To be based at TIAA-CREF's New York headquarters, Stock will report to Scott Evans, head of asset management.

JONES DAY

The law firm's Singapore office has hired Sushma Jobanputra, formerly the head of a team in the structured transactions department at Barclays Capital as a partner in its Banking and Finance Practice.

UBS (UBSN.VX)

The Swiss bank's UBS Americas unit hired two managing directors to enhance relationships with partners and premium clients, according to an internal memo.

Chris DeMarco and Tom Kushner were named client relationship directors, according to the memo seen by Reuters on Friday. [ID:nN24461919]

BARCLAYS CAPITAL

Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Britain's Barclays Plc (BARC.L), said it had appointed Matt Grinnell as head of financial sponsor coverage in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, based in London. He was previously co-head of European financial sponsor coverage at Nomura. [ID:nLO13124]

BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)

Bank of America said Neil Cotty will return to his prior post as chief accounting officer, the latest change among finance and risk management executives as the largest U.S. bank experiences rising loan losses. [ID:nN23395691]

RBC WEALTH MANAGEMENT

RBC Wealth Management, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RY.TO), appointed Thomas Roiz as head of Latin America for RBC Suisse; he will be based in Geneva.

HSBC PRIVATE BANK

Banking subsidiaries of the HSBC Group (HSBA.L) worldwide, HSBC Private Bank, said it appointed Nikolai Gurbatov as an Associate Director, he will be based in London with the Central Eastern Europe team.

HERMES EQUITY OWNERSHIP SERVICES

Pension fund advisor Hermes Equity Ownership appointed Mark Moody-Stuart as chairman. He was most recently chairman of Anglo-American (AAL.L).

INFONIC AG

Infonic AG, provider of HedgeSphere, product suite for operations of Funds of Hedge Funds, appointed Nolan Phillips as chief operating officer and Bridget Piraino as head of global marketing & sales

SUN LIFE FINANCIAL U.S.

The U.S. division of Sun Life Financial Inc (SLF.N) said Bill Webster has been named vice president, brand strategy, and development leader Michael Murphy has been named assistant vice president, U.S. individual life product marketing. Rekha Sampath has joined its marketing team as assistant vice president, and Lisa Whittaker has been named assistant vice president of U.S. investment product marketing. Murphy previously worked at Fidelity Investments.

DELOITTE TAX LLP
