Samsung semiconductor unit swings to profit in Q2

SEOUL, July 24 (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics, the world's top memory chip maker, said on Friday its semiconductor business posted a consolidated operating profit margin of 4 percent in the second quarter, swinging from a loss margin of 13 percent in the first.

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (005930.KS) said it expected the market for personal computers to grow by a high single digit percentage in the third quarter.
